Bridge Skyline View | Dec 17, 2009 | Comments [0]
This Week: Millennium Park
This view of the Chicago skyline was taken from the BP Pedestrian Bridge, the first bridge designed by Frank Gehry. It crosses Columbus Drive and connects Millennium Park to Daley Bicentennial Plaza in Grant Park. The bridge is very curvy and has a very low incline making it easily handicapped accessible. It also serves as a sound barrier for the nearby Pritzker Pavilion. And of course you can't beat the view.
