This Week: Southside H-Town

After being absent for several years I finally got back on The Orange Show Eyeopener Tours bus.  The Orange Show celebrates folk art and the independent spirit and the Eyeopener tours explore the quirky side of the Houston arts scene.  This tour focused on locations in the south part of  Houston.  

First up was a private residence of a collector of Mexican Folk Art.  The walls and shelves of the house were covered in folk art pieces and this guy was waiting patiently at the dinner table.
