This Week: Bayou Bend and Gardens

Every spring Houston has a big event called the Azalea Trail.  Homes in the affluent section of town open up for tours of their interiors and gardens and places like Bayou Bend's beautiful gardens are also on the agenda.  This year however because of the colder than normal winter the azaleas were not in bloom for the azalea trail.  But they were beautiful when I went a week and half later to Bayou Bend.  Fields of pink and so lovely.
