This Week: Getting High in Houston

In August (yes August) I took a tour given by The Orange Show Center for Visionary Art.  This organization has some of the most interesting tours around town and this one was one of my absolute favorites.  We went to all kinds of high places in downtown Houston.  Tops of skyscrapers, hotels, bulidings. etc.  It was fabulous.  This is the view from the JP Morgan Chase Tower.  It has an observation deck on it's 60th floor.  I have always wanted to go, but just never managed to get up there.  I definitely need to go back in the morning because the afternoon sun interfered with my photos.  Nevertheless I loved the view.

In other news, I finished editing my Panama photos. They will enter the rotation starting next week.  And except for a few rolls of film I am completely caught up with 2009.  Huzzah!
