This Week: San Antonio Summer

I stayed at the Marriott Plaza this time and was surprised when I walked into the courtyard and found birds wandering the grounds.  Pardon me, pheasants! The sign in the courtyard with the title "Pheasants at Liberty" says that there are several varieties at the hotel and that they are hand fed by the staff each day.  It was such a pleasant little surprise.  In fact my whole stay there was pleasant.  I think I'll stay there again next summer.
