This Week: Architectural Boat Tour

This is Trump Tower or as it is officially known Trump International Hotel and Tower (Chicago).  It is a combination of a hotel and condos at a perfect location on the main branch of the Chicago River.  In 2001 Trump proclaimed that this would be the tallest building in the world, but scaled back plans after September 11th.  It is the second tallest building in Chicago and I must say that sunlight gleams off of it in a wonderful way.  It has shown up on my photoblog in photos here and here.
