This Week: Random Bits of Me

Regular visitors to my blog will notice something different.  After two great years at Expressions, I have made a jump to Pixyblog.  I want to thank Lorissa for all her help with my past photoblog home and Richard for his warm welcome and help at my new photoblog home.  Change is sometimes scary, but it can also be liberating.  A new chapter begins.

So this week to introduce myself to the new community, random bits of me.  These are photos that have not made an appearance yet on my photoblog but have been in my Flickr account.   For the most part the photos I consider my best work from each theme or event I photograph are saved for the photoblog and the rest are put on Flickr.  This system has really helped me balance the two photo sharing homes.  

As for this photo, I think it is a good visual representation of change, good or bad.  Whirling, twirling, swirling.  Exhilaration tinged with uncertainty.  Approached in the right way, beautiful.
